    The "Introductory Module: French" comprises 2 parts, each with 4 semester hours per week (SWS), i.e. a total of 8 SWS. 10 credit points are only awarded for the Introductory Module if both parts are successfully completed. It is not possible to receive credit points for the first part only. However, if you have little prior knowledge of the language, so that you can start directly with the second part of the Introductory Module (corresponds to an Intermediate Module 2), 5 credit points will be awarded upon successful completion (with a course load of 4 SWS).

    It is possible to complete the Introductory Module (i.e. parts 1 and 2) within one semester during the period when classes are in session. Intensive courses are offered for this purpose, which are primarily intended for students specializing in the subject, but can also be taken by other students if places are available. The course numbers of these intensive courses are marked with Roman I and II in the course catalog, e.g:

Auch sind sie in der Lage, Verständnisschwierigkeiten zu beheben und auf gruppendynamische Probleme angemessen zu reagieren. Die Studierenden sind fähig, Lern- und Arbeitsprozesse zu strukturieren, Team-Mitglieder zu motivieren und Zusammenarbeit zu fördern. In Vorbereitung auf die Arbeitspraxis in betriebsund volkswirtschaftlichen Berufsfeldern sind sie imstande, Lehr- und Lernszenarien vorzubereiten, durchzuführen und zu analysieren.

    Inhalte:
    Die Studierenden fokussieren authentische Lernszenarien und praktizieren die Fähigkeiten, Lernziele zu definieren, Inhalte zu strukturieren und Schwerpunkte zu setzen. Sie lernen praxisnah, aktivierende Lernprozesse zu planen und motivierende Methoden einzusetzen. Sie wissen, das Lernklima und die Gruppendynamik positiv zu gestalten und Konfliktsituationen konstruktiv zu bewältigen. Sie üben anschauliches Präsentieren und Erklären und können Medien gezielt einsetzen. Begleitend hierzu lernen sie diverse Modelle zur Teamentwicklung, zu Teamphasen und deren Indikatoren sowie zu erfolgreicher Teamarbeit. Die Authentizität der Lehr- und Lernpraxis eröffnet die Möglichkeit, Kenntnisse und Kompetenzen zu Führungsstilen und -instrumenten, Kommunikation, Konfliktbearbeitung sowie Personalentwicklung angewandt zu erproben.

    Die Studierenden kennen die Grundregeln des wissenschaftlichen Arbeitens und die grundlegenden Techniken des wissenschaftlichen Informationsmanagements im Fach Wirtschaftswissenschaft. Sie sind in der Lage, eigenständig neue Lösungen für komplexe anwendungsorientierte Fragestellungen aus beruflichen Kotexten zu entwickeln. Sie können Informationen im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaft selbstständig recherchieren, zielgerichtet verarbeiten und für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen professionell präsentieren. Sie sind vertraut mit den Regeln guter wissenschaftlicher Praxis und verstehen die Plagiatsproblematik, die Tatbestände wissenschaftlichen Fehlverhaltens sowie deren Sanktionen.

    Inhalte:
    Im Mittelpunkt steht der Umgang mit wissenschaftlicher Literatur und Informationen. Neben den Grundlagen wissenschaftlichen Arbeitens werden Recherchemethoden und -tools zu gedruckten und digitalen Medien vorgestellt und eingeübt. Dabei werden im Rahmen der Auseinandersetzung mit ausgewählten Themen auf verschiedenen praxisnahen Anwendungsfeldern eigenständige Darstellungen von Sachverhalten und Analysen erarbeitet und präsentiert. In einer Hausarbeit wird insbesondere eine vollständige und den Standard des wissenschaftlichen Arbeitens entsprechende Literaturrecherche durchgeführt (Literaturliste sowie Verweise auf diese Liste im Text der Arbeit). Gleichstellungs- und Diversitätsaspekte bilden integrale Bestandteile der Vermittlung des fachlichen und methodischen Wissens sowie der praktischen Übungen und Präsentationen.
