Qualification aims
After completing the module, students have mastered the principles of European and international contract law. They are familiar with the most important European and international legal principles and can deal with them, taking them into account and applying them to designing and negotiating contracts. Having carried out comparative and historical legal analyses, they are aware of the common principles of European company and business law.
Examination: term paper (approx. 10 pages)

Qualification aims
Students gain a thorough knowledge of the economic principles of competition and regulatory law and understand economic phenomena in the context of competition law. They are familiar with the aspects of competition theory and network economy which have entered business law in adapted form.

After completing the module, students can identify issues of European business and company law and have gained the knowledge and ability to solve them. Students are familiar with the main terms and legal principles on which European business and company law are based. They can apply their knowledge of companies directly based on European and internation-al legal principles.

International and European Legal Frameworks

Qualification aims
After completing the module, students are familiar with the international and European legal framework for company, business, competition and regulatory law. They are also familiar with the legal principles of international business law and European law. Students not only know the necessary codes and regulations but are also aware of how they interact and are able to apply these regulations and recognise and evaluate their legal consequences.
