        Qualification goals: Students will be able to define research approaches, methods and problems of social, economic and political historical source analysis. They will be able to apply these to cuneiform textual evidence and will be able to work independently on relevant topics.
Contents: Students will gain an overview of the research approaches, methods and working methods of Ancient Near Eastern Studies in the field of ‘Society, Institutions and Structures’ and their application to the subjects of Ancient Near Eastern Studies.        close
