Comments
This guest lecture series explores the challenges and uncertainties of U.S. foreign policy under the Trump administration. With a focus on recent issues—including shifting security alliances, imperial ambitions, tariff wars, diplomatic unpredictability, and the erosion of traditional norms—this series examines how the administration's “America First” approach is reshaping the transatlantic relationship. Leading scholars and commentators will discuss the impact of abrupt policy shifts, strained relations, and evolving great-power dynamics. The lecture series is being offered as a credited course, but it will also be open to the university public. close
