This colloquium provides a platform for students conducting empirical research using qualitative methods to present, discuss, and refine their work. Students can present their projects at any stage of development, from initial ideas and conceptual sketches to fully developed drafts. The course fosters a collaborative environment in which qualitative research designs and methods are explored and specific challenges in data collection, analysis and writing are addressed. Students will receive feedback, improve the clarity and coherence of their projects, and develop strategies for overcoming obstacles in their research or writing process. The focus of the colloquium is on critical discussion, peer feedback, and collaborative problem solving to help students advance their qualitative research. close
