Il corso è rivolto allo studio di una disciplina particolare del libro quarto delle obbligazioni, contenuta nel titolo IX “dei fatti illeciti”. In concreto, con questo ciclo di lezioni si intende approfondire i profili critici della responsabilità aquiliana, non prima di averne individuato gli elementi essenziali e i punti differenziali con quella contrattuale. L’approccio metodologico prescelto si concentrerà in gran parte sull’analisi – e sul successivo dibattito che ne seguirà in classe – della giurisprudenza interna di legittimità. close
