This course is aimed at master’s students, particularly those in Information Systems, and focuses on the practices of systematically developing services. Participants develop digital, data-driven service prototypes and, upon completion, are able to analyse, evaluate, and iterate on services. The course blends online and in-person learning with insights from (industry) professionals.
