In this block seminar, your own educational biography will be the subject of intensive reflection. Over four block sessions, we will explore together how personal experiences shape today's understanding of education and teaching.
The focus will be on critically analyzing your own educational history: What values, beliefs, and behaviors were modeled and taught during your childhood and youth? How do these experiences shape your pedagogical thinking and actions?
Through structured self-reflection, intensive group discussion, and creative methods, you will identify and analyze key experiences in your educational biography, thereby developing a deeper understanding of the roots of your pedagogical beliefs.
This seminar requires an unconditional willingness to engage in deep self-reflection and open discussion within the group. It is aimed at students who wish to engage in an intensive personal and professional examination of their own biography in the context of education and upbringing. close
