To us, personnel development means systematically designing processes to develop and cultivate our employees. The goal is for the measures and programs we offer to enable the various organizational units and all employees of Freie Universität to deal optimally with existing, new, and future tasks and requirements. We view personnel development as a process that is geared toward the strategic goals and self-image of Freie Universität Berlin while also responding to ongoing changes in social conditions.
