This hybrid series is available on campus and online. You’re welcome to register for one or more sessions.
Our Academic Writing Support Group offers peer mentoring for students working on essays, lab reports, term papers, and theses. Whether you need help with structuring your arguments, refining your writing style, or preparing for exams, we are here to assist you. Each session is tailored to your needs—bring your drafts, questions, and ideas, and receive constructive feedback from experienced students. Bring your writing project, notes and questions!
What to expect:
- Support for academic writing through exercises, discussions and feedback
- Working together to brainstorm ideas, start drafting, literature review and make progress on our term papers—no matter your academic discipline.
- Exercises to jumpstart the writing process as well as peer-shared tips and strategies that will make writing smoother.
- A collaborative writing space: you can write your term paper alongside fellow students, share insights, and overcome writer’s block together.
