Peer Mentoring Event: Berlin Walking Tour

Oct 05, 2025 | 10:00 AM - 02:00 PM

Berlin is a city where every street corner tells a story and on this special autumn day, we’ll uncover those stories together in Berlin’s vibrant heart. From iconic landmarks to hidden gems, we’ll discover the places that make Berlin unique — all while sharing laughs, stories, and making new connections along the way. Everyone is welcome, whether you’re new to the city or have been here a while, this walk is for all of us to experience together.

We’ll start at the Brandenburg Gate, Berlin’s symbol of unity, before visiting the Reichstag and its glass dome. Next is the moving Holocaust Memorial, followed by a stroll along Unter den Linden to Bebelplatz and its “Empty Library” memorial. We’ll pause at the elegant Gendarmenmarkt for photos and a short break, then wander through the quaint Nikolaiviertel before ending at Alexanderplatz, beneath the soaring TV Tower.

This isn’t just a walk — it’s a chance to connect with Berlin, to see the city through fresh eyes, and to share the experience with fellow explorers. Whether it’s your first time here or hundredth, there’s always something new to discover in this endlessly fascinating city. Let’s explore together!Throughout the walk, we’ll share fascinating anecdotes, quirky facts, and bits of Berlin trivia to keep you entertained. We’ll also take flexible breaks for photos, coffee, or snacks, so feel free to pause and enjoy the moment as we explore together.
