If you have lost your certificates on your way to Germany, please follow the normal steps of the application process explained here. You can mention that you have lost your certificates in your application form, and uni-assist will send you a self-disclosure form (Selbstauskunftsbogen) that you have to fill out and send with your application. After that, Freie Universität will examine your Higher Education Entrance Qualification (HZB).
