Apart from your name and the automatically assigned ORCID iD, all information in the profile is voluntary and can be made invisible if you wish.

Name Information: In addition to the name you use for registration, you can provide name variants. This is useful, for example, in the case of a name change.
Email Addresses: Besides the email address you provide during registration, you can add additional addresses, such as your institutional email. You can decide whether these email addresses are visible or not.

Other IDs: If available, you can add other IDs such as a Scopus Author ID or a ResearcherID from Web of Science and link to the corresponding profiles. You may also include a GND number.
Keywords: You can describe your research focus using relevant keywords.
Countries: Indicate the countries where you are active in academic or scientific work.
Biography: Add a short biography of up to 5000 characters.
Employment History: List your current and previous professional positions.
Education and Qualifications: Provide information about your academic background.
Professional Activities: Here you can mention, for example, awards and honors received or memberships in professional societies.
Funding: Enter details about scholarships or third-party funding you have received.
Works: Create your personal publication list. Import publication data using DOIs or use the "Search & Link" feature to connect your profile with leading global bibliographic databases. This allows your publication list to be updated automatically.
