Translations (DE –> EN)
Our translation work focuses mainly on the following areas and types of texts:
- Various content for the university website and news channels, including press releases, featured stories, and social media content from the Office of News and Public Affairs
- Content on the university’s central website for the various divisions, subdivisions, and other offices of the university’s central administration
- Administrative documents or online information from one of the central university administration divisions relevant to international students and/or staff
- Job announcements for professorial appointments
- University-wide mailings from the president’s or provost’s office
To request a translation, please visit the “Request a Translation” page and fill out the online form. As a rule of thumb, translation jobs for projects with less than 2000 words have a minimum processing time of approximately three weeks from the time of request. Processing times also vary depending on our current volume of work.
