We do not offer walk-in office hours. All consultations are available by appointment only.

Individual consultations can take place in person, by phone, or online via Webex. To request an appointment, please send an email to beratung-barrierefrei@zuv.fu-berlin.de and briefly describe your concern.

If possible, please include your student ID number and your preferred time slots. We will contact you to schedule an appointment.

Please note that our office is currently operating with limited staff. As a result, responses to email inquiries may take longer than usual. At this time, consultation appointments are typically scheduled about four weeks in advance.
