Open Science in Action – Kick-off Event of the Open Science Working Group at Freie Universität Berlin

On Friday, 17 October 2025, from 10:00–13:00, we warmly invite all members of Freie Universität Berlin to the event “Open Science in Action” at the Seminar Center (Room L 115, Otto-von-Simson-Str. 26).

The event highlights the diversity of open research practices at FU Berlin and provides insights into projects, tools, and experiences from a wide range of disciplines – from replication studies in economics to citizen science projects in meteorology.

At the same time, the event marks the kick-off of the newly revived Open Science Working Group, which will provide a regular space for discussion and collaboration on open science practices at FU in the future.
