Felix C. Seyfarth is a Higher Education consultant for organizational strategy and digital education formats at Berinfor. He studied political science at Freie Universität Berlin and was Senior Fellow Digital Learning at the University of St.Gallen. His research concerns the interplay of technological innovation and organizational practice with a focus on public management. As an experienced blended learning designer with a demonstrated history of evidence-based innovation and change management, he was tasked on multiple occasions by DAAD as a project evaluator, reviewer and advisor. In this capacity, he first encountered the IEIW program and the enthusiastic project team behind it in the spring of 2017. Having subsequently been given the opportunity to return to his alma mater once again, in order to capture and document some of the key learnings generated by the IEIW project, he is deeply thankful to everyone who contributed to the publication of this volume.
