On 28 June 2025, the 25th "Lange Nacht der Wissenschaften" (Long Night of Sciences and the Humanities) took place, with echo contributing a presentation. In the Theaterhof amphitheatre at Freie Universität Berlin, Nina Tolksdorf gave a lecture entitled 'The Rhetoric of AI'.
She then participated as an expert in the 'Café Geisteswissenschaften' (Humanities Café) alongside echo director Anita Traninger. This discussion event was organised by the Dahlem Humanities Centre in cooperation with the Ada Lovelace Centre for Digital Humanities.
echo members Annika Nickenig and Richard Palomar Vidal led a hands-on activity titled 'Per Sempre. Love inscriptions from tree bark to digital love letters'. Visitors could create their own love messages using various materials or have temporary love tattoos applied. Freie Universität Berlin's President, Günter M. Ziegler, also took advantage of this offer.
