IT Framework Service Agreement

The IT framework service agreement introduces co-determination into the IT policies applicable at the Free University of Berlin.  It contains all comprehensive agreements between the head of university and the personnel representatives as regards the use of IT systems by employees of the Free University of Berlin.  Additionally, separate individual service agreements are concluded with respect to IT systems when co-determination is subject to special conditions.
