The Berlin Graduate School for Global and Transregional Studies (BGTS) is looking for early career researchers. If you are interested in researching why different parts of the world are developing the way they are, the BGTS is the place for you. WHO CAN APPLY

— You finished or are about to finish your Master’s degree with excellent grades.

— Your academic background is eitherin Social Sciences, Humanities, Law, Area Studies, or Economics.

— Your English language skills are at C1 level.

— Additional people with their own third-party funding (e.g. DAAD) might be accepted into the programme.

The contracts start September 1, 2026 (Pay: 75% TV-L 13).

The deadline for applications ends by end of January 15th, 2026.
