Italian Studies at Freie Universität Berlin – Education and Perspectives

The bachelor’s degree program in Italian studies offered at Freie Universität Berlin will be holding an Open Day on Friday, February 10, 2012. Lecturers will be providing insights and perspectives regarding the education of students who enroll in this program. The events will begin at 12:30 p.m. in the main humanities and social sciences building, Habelschwerdter Allee 45, 14195 Berlin (Seminar Center, entrance at Otto-von-Simson-Straße 26).

The bachelor's degree program in Italian studies is the only one of its kind in Germany. It provides students with basic language training and comprehensive expertise about Italy from the perspectives of the humanities, economics, and law.

During the Open Day instructors will present information about the various possibilities within the program. Students and alumni will share their experiences. The schedule for the Open Day can be found online at www.fu-berlin.de/italienstudiengang.
