Having their own internationalization agenda has become an imperative for most global universities. But in times of unsure budgets, looming political crises, climate change, a pandemic and constantly changing frameworks, how sustainable can a long-term strategy be? In our International Staff Training Week 2022, we will look at the internationalization strategies of our institutions, the impacts on our work as International Offices as well as on our students and staff, and the frameworks set by external funding agencies (such as the European Commission with its new and more inclusive, diverse, more digital and greener Erasmus+ program). Our focus is on networking with representatives from other institutions, discussing and exchanging experiences, good practices and challenges in order to further develop expertise and draw new motivation.
