Vivi Feng is 18 years old and just finished the 4th semester of a biochemistry degree program. She is staying at Fudan University in Shanghai until July 2020 through a direct exchange progam at Freie Universität. She wants to improve her Chinese language skills and also get to know China, her second home and parents’ country of origin. She is looking forward to sharing her experiences, and in particular, to describe things from the point of view of a person with a bicultural background.
