At a Glance

The Projects Unit is part of the Student Affairs Office and, as a PMO, coordinates future-oriented projects as part of the digitalization strategy of the Department V “Academic Affairs” so that they can be implemented more dynamically, digitally and effectively.

The main focus of the Projects Unit is project coordination and organizational development and is therefore responsible for the management and controlling of (IT-)projects. It relies on agile methods of project management or creative techniques of design thinking and thus promotes transparency and the flow of information in all departments involved.

The Projects Unit generates ideas, processes and concepts, coordinates implementation, test management and training workshops for end users.
