American Economics Professor Eugene N. White to Speak at Freie Universität Berlin on May 20, 2010

The development of stock exchanges in the U.S. and regulation of the  international financial market are topics of a lecture to be held Thursday, May 20, at Freie Universität. The lecture will be given by Eugene N. White, professor of economics at Rutgers University in New Jersey, U.S.A. His presentation will focus on banking in the United States, its historical development and role in the financial crisis, and the current reform challenges. The lecture will be held in English and is free of charge.
