Das Kolloquium richtet sich an fortgeschrittene BA- und MA-Studierende, die ihre Abschlussarbeit zu einem Thema aus dem Bereich der Organisationskommunikation verfassen. Im Rahmen des Kolloquiums werden Fragen der Themeneingrenzung, der Literaturrecherche sowie der Vorgehensweise bei der Erstellung der Abschlussarbeiten erörtert. Jede Arbeit wird präsentiert, um den Fortschritt der Arbeiten zu begleiten und mögliche Probleme zu besprechen. Zu Beginn des Kolloquiums erstellen die Teilnehmenden ein Exposé. Die Anmeldung der Abschlussarbeiten sollte während der Vorlesungszeit erfolgen.
