Im Seminar wird ein Überblick über Entstehungsgeschichte, Inhalte und Umsetzung wichtiger frühpädagogischer Ansätze gegeben und ihre Relevanz für die Qualitätsentwicklung von Institutionen frühkindlicher Bildung diskutiert. Es wird sowohl auf klassische, reformpädagogische als auch auf moderne Ansätze eingegangen. Nach der theoretischen Erarbeitung sind eigenständige Hospitationen in Kitas, die verschiedene Ansätze realisieren, vorgesehen, um deren praktische Umsetzung zu reflektieren.
