With Cabaret having come back to Broadway in April 2024, the moment arrives for an analysis of both film versions, that of Bob Foss (1972) and Sam Mendes (1993). In this series of seminars, we will examine the production, performance, songs and themes of both pieces, working towards some concluding roleplay and speaking activities that will aid the student in improving their film vocabulary and overall English abilities.
