Qualification goals: The students know the dynamic processes in different ecosystems and can analyse and interpret them. analyse and interpret them. Contents: Detailed analysis and interpretation of ecosystems of the Phanerozoic, with a focus on the Quaternary with regard to the temporal-spatial changes in the interactions between communities, their habitats and the climate using case studies from current research.
