In diesem Einführungsseminar werden zentrale Positionen der Filmtheorie exemplarisch anhand ausgewählter Texte erarbeitet. Dafür werden filmtheoretische Positionen aus verschiedenen Jahrzehnten herangezogen, um einen Überblick über die sich verändernden Fragestellungen und Paradigmen der Theoriebildung zu geben.
Obligatorische Arbeitsleistungen: Textlektüre, regelmäßige und aktive Kursteilnahme, Übernahme eines Referats (ggf. in Gruppen).
