The lecture will focus on the following topics of statistics and statistical computing using the software R: • Introduction to R and RStudio • Data management and data manipulation in R • Graphical data visualization • Explorative data analysis • Probability and distributions • Hypothesis tests • Linear models • Generalized linear models • Reporting statistical methods and statistical results The lecture will be offered as time-independent online lecture, while the related seminar and the seminar with the PC will be offered in presence.
