Anwendung von zuvor erörterten theoretischen Kenntnisse unter Anleitung in kleinen Gruppen. Themen: Umgang mit dem Tier, Allgemeinuntersuchung, Zwangsmaßnahmen, Lymphknotenpalpation, Herz/Kreislaufuntersuchung, Blutabnahme/Injektionstechniken, Untersuchung von Augen, Haut, Ohren, Maulhöhle, Respirationstrakt, Harnapparat, Gastrointestinaltrakt; neurologischer Untersuchungsgang, Lahmheitsdiagnostik, Verbandslehre; Untersuchung kleiner Heimtiere.
Die Studierenden sollen die theoretischen Grundlagen der propädeutischen Inhalte kennen. Sie sollen in der Lage sein, eine vollständige klinische Allgemeinuntersuchung incl. Spezialuntersuchungen beim Klein- und Heimtier durchzuführen und die Befunde interpretieren zu können.
