Einführung und Grundlagen der NMR, der Trennmethoden und der Massenspektrometrie:
Mit Fallstudien und Übungen an Beispielen aus der Forschung sowie praktischen Übungen an den Geräten
NMR:
Ein- und zweidimensionale Experimente, Vektormodell, Fourier-Transformation, NMR-Parameter, Auswertung mittels MestreNova und vergleichbaren Programmen
Trenntechniken:
Chromatographie inkl. GC, (RP)HPLC und SEC/GPC, Elektrophorese, Ionenmobilität
Massenspektrometrie:
Ionisierungsmethoden, Analysatoren, Kopplungsmethoden, Energetik von Ionen im Hochvakuum, Tandem-Massenspektrometrie: Massenselektion, bimolekulare Reaktionen, Fragmentierungen, H/D-Austausch, Peptidsequenzierung
