Computerkenntnisse werden nicht vorausgesetzt. Vorherige Teilnahme an der Vorlesung "Atombau und chemische Bindung", sowie an den Vorlesungen Mathematik I und II wird empfohlen. Ort und Zeit für die Vorlesungen und die Übungen werden in der Vorbesprechung festgelegt.

Zielsetzung: In dieser Lehrveranstaltung werden grundlegende Konzepte und Methoden der zeitunabhängigen und zeitabhängigen Quantenmechanik für Modellsysteme der Chemie durch Vorlesung, Übung und Computerübung vermittelt. Dadurch soll ein vertieftes Verständnis für Eigenschaften von Molekülen und chemischen Reaktionen erreicht und der praktische Zugang zu entsprechenden Computerberechnungen erschlossen werden. Computerkenntnisse werden nicht vorausgesetzt.
