Comments
Following an intorduction into the data resources and methods of data mining and looking at case studies in the lecture and the seminar, we will use the skills to investigate recent questions of plant environmental acclimation and stress physiology in silico and, finally, use our knowledge to investigate plant responses and responsiveness in vivo.
