Kommentar
To further explore how digitalization might (has) change(d) Japanese society, the exercise aims to introduce various materials in Japanese and different methodological approaches to study digitalization in Japan. By reading and analyzing various sources, this course prepares students to write their term papers. Sources include policy papers, government reports, blogs, social media content and newspaper articles to look at digitalization in Japan from different perspectives. This course is open to students in the Global East Asia MA program. Japanese language proficiency is required.
