Original publications - a selection of papers that can be discussed in the seminar will be provided in the lecture, but students are strongly encouraged to search for relevant publications themselves.

Information for BUA students: This module is aimed at Master's students in ecology, biology or related fields. It will be held in English, and participants are expected to give a presentation in English. Please consider this before applying for a place as a BUA student.

Contents:
The seminar complements the lecture: specific publications on the topic will be used to prepare presentations about ecological challenges in the Anthropocene; stakeholder interests will be considered as well. Each participant will give one presentation.
Learning objectives:
At the end of the course, participants will have an advanced understanding of biotic interactions and how they are changing in a globalized world. They will be familiar with classic ecological knowledge and how it is applied to ongoing changes in the Anthropocene.
