In May 2009 Apec, the German-French Forum, and the Franco-German University in Berlin held the first European research and career fair, RESEARCH, in the Henry Ford Building.

The Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, was awarded the Gold Medal of Honor in 2008. This lounge was set up for him and his entourage.

The Henry Ford Building of Freie Universität can be rented in whole or in part. With numerous different-sized rooms and equipment, it can be an appropriate setting for events with anywhere from 10 to 2000 participants.
The special architecture of the Henry Ford Building makes it suitable for various event formats. While it is mainly used for lectures, meetings, and conferences, our photo gallery gives an impression of its versatile potential.
