Below you can find information useful for planning catering in the Henry Ford Building.

Directions:     Deliveries should be made via Boltzmann Street. Driving and parking are not permitted on the forecourts of the Henry Ford Building. More details here.

Storage Facilities:    On the ground floor there is a room with 10 m² and in the mezzanine a room with 25 m² storage area available. Prior arrangements must be made with house staff.

Elevator / Lift:     The passenger elevator may be used for transporting your goods. Please transport pallets and cases only with extreme caution.

Electricity:    There are 16A and 32A high power sockets  on both the ground floor and the upper floor, where convection or combination ovens can be operated. The connection diagrams are here.

Chairs:    100 chairs, some with seat cushions, can be used in various arrangements.

Tables:    The Henry Ford Building has 30 buffet tables (140 cm x 70 cm) and 20 bistro tables (70 cm in diameter) upon reservation. There are no tablecloths or table covers available. The list of contact persons can be found here.

Water Connections:    There are no water connections in the foyer, e.g., for coffee machines, etc.

Tent:    It is possible to put up a tent of up to 300 m² in the forecourt on Boltzmann Street. More information can be provided by the media technology staff.
