Freie Universität Berlin, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Technische Universität Berlin and Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, together forming the Berlin University Alliance (BUA) invite students and researchers from Brazil, their academic hosts, and researchers of the BUA collaborating with Brazilian partners to a networking event at the Embassy of Brazil on June 22.

FU, HU, TU, and Charité maintain close links with partner institutions in Brazil and would like to increase the visibility of these joint collaborations and create network opportunities for the academic community based in Berlin. All three universities are supporters of the German Center for Research and Innovation (DWIH) São Paulo: FU Berlin maintains a liaison office since 2010 in Brazil which is located in the DWIH, TU Berlin is an associated supporter of the DWIH since 2018 and HU Berlin since 2022.

Representatives from the Berlin offices of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, the German Academic Exchange Service, and the German Research Foundation as well as from the network of Brazilian researchers in Germany – Apoena will be joining the event. The Brazilian Embassy is kindly hosting the reception.
