An invitation from the flow

A workshop as an exhibition, an exhibition as a workshop. «An invitation from the flow» takes the project «Invitations» as an opportunity to discuss the role and position of the archives in cultural institutions and its artistic and political potential to society.
 
How to be informed by the past towards the future in a permanent flow? How to display a document guided by its content? How to talk about something that has already disappeared? These are some of the questions present in the discussion, which will be take place along some documents from the Archiv der Avantgarden’s collection, displayed in the space.
