The event will take place online, through Zoom. A lecture by Prof. dr. Kalwant Bhopal (Professor of Education and Social Justice, University of Birmingham) will be followed by a discussion with prof. Kalwant Bhopal, dr. Fatma Zehra Çolak (University of Antwerp), prof. dr. Stéphanie De Maesschalck (Ghent University) and Latifah Abdou (WeDecolonizeVUB). Anissa Boujdaini will be the moderator. 

This event is jointly organised by CESSMIR (UGent), BIRMM (VUB), and CeMIS (University of Antwerp) in the framework of our seasonal school on Contemporary forms of racism and discrimination.
