The International Parliamentary Scholarship (IPS) Programme for Arab countries of the German Bundestag grants up to 24 young and talented Arab graduates the opportunity to get to know the German parliamentary system during a one month programme in September 2021. 

The programme is intended for talented Arab graduates who are interested in politics and who are keen to play an active role in promoting core democratic values in their home countries.

The applicants have to be under the age of 35 at the start of the scholarship, politically/socially engaged, graduated from university and proficient in German (Level B2). All applications have to be send to the German mission in your home country.
