In addition to the official seminar program, the ZDS students in Berlin are provided with many different acitivities. So during the winter semester 2015/16 they took part in a panel discussion with the minister for foreign affairs Dr. Frank-Walter Steinmeier and in the "Europa-Rede" of the president of the European Council Donald Tusk or in a conference in the American Academy Berlin about German scholars who fled the Nazi regime.
