The Registration Office and the Admissions Office in Division V: Office of the Registrar in conjunction with the Academic Advisory Service and Division IV: International Student Mobility - Welcome Services offer a central information service. Students and prospective students with questions may contact the "Info-Service Studium" of Freie Universität Berlin by phone, email, or in person. Furthermore the Info-Service Studium offers answers in cases concerning organization of studies and Campus Management.

Tuesday: 9.30-12.30; Thursday: 14.00-17.00.

Numbers for the waiting list that day  in Iltisstr. 1 are handed out Tuesday until 12.00 and Thursday until 16.00.
