Tel Aviv University is a strong partner of Freie Universität in Israel.
Tel Aviv University (TAU) is Israel's largest and most comprehensive institution of higher learning. It is home to over 30,000 students studying in nine faculties and over 125 schools and departments across the spectrum of sciences, humanities, and the arts.
Since 2013 a total of eleven bilateral research workshops were jointly selected by TAU and Freie Universität and approved for equally awarded funds. The topics covered include the humanities, natural and social sciences, and range from Positional Games / Extremal Combinatorics to New Ethnic Studies: Problems and Methods.
