Course Description
Objectives
Skills for an efficient writing of academic articles and dissertations are in the focus of this course. Participants reflect about their own approach to writing, improve their knowledge of text structure, and learn tools for quality improvement. The course has long-term effects as participants do not only improve their writing efficiency, but also discover the enjoyable aspects of scientific writing.
Methods
Short lectures provide information and tips; extended exercises train the efficiency in scientific writing. Participants gather and share experiences. They progress during the course with their own writing projects.
