Scholarships for mutual student and staff member exchange between Egyptian and European universities

In accordance with the overall Erasmus Mundus Action 2 Strand 1 objectives, the Flow By Flow EU-Egypt Bridge Building (FFEEBB) aims to promote European higher education, to help improve and enhance the career prospects of students and to promote intercultural understanding through cooperation with third countries, in accordance with EU external policy objectives in order to contribute to the sustainable development. The FFEEBB Program offers scholarships for undergraduate, master, doctoral and post-doctoral students and staff. These scholarships are financed by the European Commission and will cover travel, insurance, tuition fees and subsistence allowance.

Who can apply?

Students and staff members from all universities in the FFEEBB partnership, both from the EU and Egypt, can apply for scholarships. The FFEEBB Scholarships are designed for:

  • Students and staff members and graduates from Egypt wanting to study at an EU University.
  • Students and staff members from EU Partner Universities wanting to study at an Egyptian Partner University.

Please note that exchange between two EU countries or between two universities in Egypt is not possible. Neither European nor Egyptian candidates can benefit from a second scholarship for the same type of mobility under another project under the Erasmus Mundus Action 2 - Strand 1. Furthermore, candidates cannot benefit from more than one mobility activity with the same project.
