It supports mobility between Europe and its neighboring countries and offers scholarship opportunities for Bachelor, Master, PhD and PostDoc candidates and Academic Staff members. The scholarships are very comprehensive and cover travel, insurance, participation costs and subsistence allowance.
The ELEMENT Scholarships are designed for:

- Students and staff members from EU Partner Universities interested in studying or doing research at one of the Egyptian or Lebanese Partner Universities.
The duration of mobility depends upon both the direction and academic level of mobility. However the project aims to be flexible and therefore offers its scholars study options ranging from 1 semester to 36 months.
