Within the framework of the Berlin University Alliance, Freie Universität, Humboldt-Universität, Technische Universität Berlin, and the university hospital Charité signed cooperation agreements with the University of Oxford, University of Melbourne, and the National University of Singapore, which, in terms of their character, can be seen as strategic partnerships.
